Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SoulWorld ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms are issued by GMB Labs AI, a Global Media Bank company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SoulWorld. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, including via direct messages, trades, or gifts
• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Reproduce or redistribute Platform content without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages, duplicate items, or manipulate virtual currency
• Create worlds or content that violates our Content Policy

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create on SoulWorld, including worlds, nations, characters, personas, and custom abilities. By submitting content, you grant GMB Labs AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Platform. You are solely responsible for the content you create and must ensure it complies with our Content Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of GMB Labs AI and Global Media Bank. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

7. AI-Generated Content

SoulWorld uses artificial intelligence to generate narrative content, NPC dialogue, battle outcomes, and gameplay events. This content is generated dynamically and may not always reflect the views of GMB Labs AI. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content. The platform also retains cross-player AI memories to personalize interactions.

8. Game Mechanics & Virtual Currency

SoulWorld features free-roaming narrative gameplay, chat-based battles, automated stat and XP progression, level-based world access, quests, world events, and a player-driven economy. Virtual currency (gold/bronze), items, and characters have no real-world cash value unless purchased through the Platform. We reserve the right to modify, balance, or reset game mechanics, stats, progression, and the virtual economy at any time without notice.

9. Subscriptions & Payments

SoulWorld offers premium subscriptions and one-time purchases processed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. All payments are final; virtual currency and digital items are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices and offerings may change at our discretion.

10. Content Moderation

All user-generated worlds and content are subject to our Content Policy and moderation by GMB Labs AI. We reserve the right to review, restrict, decline, or remove any content that violates our policies. Worlds may be flagged as NSFW, restricted, or declined at our discretion. AI-generated content is also monitored and may be filtered.

11. Social Features

SoulWorld includes social features such as friends, direct messaging, trading, gifting, buy/sell offers, leaderboards, and world reviews. You are responsible for your conduct in all social interactions. We reserve the right to moderate or restrict access to social features for users who violate these Terms or our Content Policy.

12. Affiliate & Referral Program

SoulWorld offers an affiliate referral program that rewards users for inviting new players. Referral rewards are granted at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Abuse of the referral system, including self-referral or fraudulent sign-ups, will result in forfeiture of rewards and possible account termination.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, you may lose access to your characters, worlds, virtual currency, and purchases without compensation.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMB Labs AI and Global Media Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.

16. Force Majeure

GMB Labs AI and Global Media Bank shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms when such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, server outages, or disruptions at third-party service providers. We will use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable after the force majeure event ends.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New York City, New York, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts, unless otherwise required by local law.
