• Payment Information: Transaction records for premium purchases processed through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, and interaction logs.
• Device Information: Browser type, IP address, operating system, and device identifiers.

SoulWorld features a cross-player AI memory system. When your Persona interacts with NPCs, scene characters, or enemies, the platform stores short memory snippets so those entities can "remember" you across sessions and across different players. These memories may include your Persona's name, gender, and brief interaction summaries. This data is used solely to create persistent, personalized narrative experiences and is not sold or shared with third parties.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating our platform, including:

• Stripe: For processing payments, subscriptions, and premium purchases.
• Discord: When you connect your Discord account, to share character profiles and grant community access.
• Google: For authentication when you sign in with Google.

These providers process your data under their own privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law.

6. Virtual Currency & Purchases

SoulWorld offers virtual currency (gold/bronze), premium items, and subscription plans for real money via Stripe. Purchase records and transaction metadata are retained for billing and support purposes. Virtual currency and digital items have no cash value and are non-transferable outside the platform except where explicitly permitted.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Gameplay history, AI memories, and social messages may be retained to preserve world continuity. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
