Content Policy
Last updated: September 2026
1. Our Commitment
SoulWorld is a community-driven storytelling platform where players create and explore immersive narrative worlds. We want this to be a safe, welcoming, and creative space for everyone. This Content Policy explains what is and isn't allowed in the worlds you create and the content you share.
2. What's Allowed
We celebrate creativity and a wide range of storytelling, including:
- Original fantasy, sci-fi, horror, romance, mystery, and adventure worlds
- Mature themes handled with care, including violence, conflict, and complex characters
- Roleplay between consenting participants within the platform's rules
- NSFW (not-safe-for-work) content that complies with this policy and applicable law
3. What's Not Allowed
The following content is prohibited and will be removed. Creating it may result in losing access to the platform:
- Sexualized content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors in any form
- Non-consensual sexual content or content depicting real people without their consent
- Content that promotes, incites, or depicts hate, harassment, or violence against protected groups
- Content intended to harass, doxx, or threaten real individuals
- Content that encourages self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide
- Real-world illegal acts, including instructions for weapons, drugs, or exploitation
- Content that impersonates GMB Labs AI, Global Media Bank, or SoulWorld staff
- Spam, scams, or content designed to deceive or defraud other users
4. NSFW Worlds & the Restricted Status
We permit NSFW worlds, but we do not make them available on the Homepage or in Search Engine results. When a world is classified as Restricted, it is hidden from discovery surfaces but remains fully playable and shareable through its direct URL. Anyone with the link can visit and play the world.
A world becomes Restricted when its creator self-declares it as NSFW during creation, or when an admin applies the Restricted status during moderation. Restricted worlds display an NSFW tag so visitors know what to expect before entering.
5. World Moderation
Every new world starts in Pending Review status. It is hidden from the Homepage and Search until an admin approves it, but it remains accessible and shareable via its URL right away. Admins may:
- Publish the world — making it appear on the Homepage and in Search
- Restrict the world — keeping it hidden and marking it NSFW (still shareable)
- Decline the world — keeping it hidden and sending the creator a reason
If your world is declined, you'll see the reason on your World's page. You can revise your world and it will be reviewed again.
6. Reporting Content
If you encounter content that violates this policy, please contact us so we can review and take action. Reports are handled as quickly as possible.
7. Enforcement
We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or decline any content that violates this policy, and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly break the rules. We may also act on content that, while not listed here, is harmful or unlawful.
8. DMCA & Copyright (Notice and Takedown)
GMB Labs AI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws. It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that content on SoulWorld infringes a copyright you own or control, you (or your authorized agent) may submit a takedown request. Your notice must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, if multiple works, a representative list)
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it on SoulWorld (e.g., the world URL or content description)
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf
Send your DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent at globalmediabank.com/contact-us.
Counter-Notification
If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location at which it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York (or, if your address is outside the U.S., any judicial district in which SoulWorld may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material within 10–14 business days unless our designated agent first receives notice that the original complainant has filed a court action to restrain the alleged infringement.
Removal of Unauthorized Content
In addition to DMCA takedowns, we will remove or disable access to content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be unauthorized, infringing, or otherwise unlawful. This includes content that uses trademarks, likenesses, or other protected materials without authorization, as well as content that violates the rights of third parties. We may act on credible reports without requiring a formal DMCA notice when the infringement is clear. Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Submitting a knowingly false or bad-faith DMCA notice or counter-notification may result in liability for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Content Policy from time to time. Continued use of SoulWorld after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
